Raptor Ridge

Raptor Ridge Lodge, is located on the Lake !gariep route, about six minutes drive from the N1 highway.  It offers splendid overnight facilities for travellers between Gauteng and Cape Town or Port Elizabeth, as well as visitors to the Gariep dam and surroundings.

The lodge comprise of four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (sleeping double or single) with a communal lounge and braai facilities.

There are a number of activities available to our guests: exploring the surroundings by foot on one of our hiking trails, game viewing or mountain-biking.

With the lodge overlooking the Gariep Dam, the largest fresh water expanse in South Africa, it is a great place to relax. Getting mesmerised by the stretched-out plains or the water expanse is not at all that difficult .. not to mention star gazing under the clear Karoo skies.
